Mom and dad came to my college graduation from Art school in 1986. At the outdoor reception, a band played while we sipped champagne in the sun. The band started to play a classic old tune and Norm asked me to slow dance with him. We spun around the dance floor and when that song ended and the band started to play a reggae tune, he didn't leave the dance floor like other dads did. He kept dancing with that big, proud smile on his face. We were both so joyful in that moment! It was a day I'll never forget.
